Where was this toy when I was a kid?

Where, oh where, were these dolls when I was a kid.  All I had was the dumb ole' Barbie and the overstuffed Rainbow Bright.  I guess advertising really does work, because man, I want a Bronte Sister!  My favorite is Anne Bronte, with her evil eye and menacing frown.  "Remember, Kids!  Use your brain and you can make history."  Ha. Ha. Ha.
